Every clean-out includes removal of leaves, sediment, and debris; extraction of compacted silt; hand-picking rocks and trash; clearing the drain or weep point at the base; fluffing and leveling gravel for proper percolation; washing and wiping the well liner, grate, and cover; sweeping the egress ladder and sill; and exterior-only window cleaning of the well window.
We also perform a multi-point inspection: liner integrity, ladder securement, grate/cover fit, drain function, grading inside the well, and visible window seal condition. You receive photos, recommendations, and maintenance intervals. Note: window cleaning is exterior only; we do not perform interior glass cleaning as part of this service.

On service day, we protect landscaping, wear PPE, and set fall protection at egress wells. Debris is bagged and removed from site. Sediment is loosened and vacuumed as needed. The drain opening is located and cleared, gravel is leveled for drainage, and covers are reinstalled.
Before we leave, we test drainage with a measured rinse, wipe down exterior glass in the well, and share a photo checklist. We offer tips on covers, leaf guards, and seasonal upkeep, and recommend 1–2 clean-outs per year depending on trees and storm exposure.
